Following on from yesterdays lesson, we have annotated the lyrics to our chosen song in order to engage our thinking to shape our music video. The following have been decided upon;
- Replace the "Tiananmen Square" with a shot of "Trafalgar Square"
- Replace "Propaganda Made You Buy it" with footage of advertisements in Central London i.e. Piccadilly Circus
- We are planning on incorporating an artistic/abstract element through the use of paint
- Due to the song exhibiting a political meaning, and the lyrics allows us to use countries, we are liking the idea of incorporating flags and red paint over them in order to highlight the corruptness caused by globalization
- Writing/Quotes/Moral Message underlined
- Like Bob Dylan, the use of cards to follow the lyrics at times during the video
